We're excited to inform you that we're committed to providing you with the highest-quality printing services for your upcoming project.  we are pleased to confirm a 4-day turnaround time for your printing order. This means that from the date of finalizing the artwork and receiving your approval, we will complete the printing process and have your materials ready for pickup or delivery within four business days.

We do offer 2-day printing at an additional rate.

Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, we regret to inform our valued customers that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products. This policy applies once an order has been confirmed, and production has commenced.

If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested after production has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In the rare event that you receive a custom item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Prior to production, we provide detailed proofs or mock-ups for your approval. It is imperative that you carefully review and confirm all specifications, including design, size, color, and any other relevant details. Once approved, the production process begins, and alterations may not be possible.
